Dias Geophysical Building Redevelopment
Location: Saskatoon, Saskatchewan
Completion: 2022

An existing high bay showroom and offices were converted to a multi-level series of collaboration and gathering spaces and a light industrial fabrication facility. With the client’s strong focus on collaboration, the design defined a series of spaces with different volumes, levels of natural light, relationships to grade, and acoustic qualities, providing the client with a natural range of “public” and “private” collaborative settings. The renovation included new technological infrastructure, kitchen/food areas, accessible washrooms, external exit stairs, and HVAC systems. The main entry sequence was reconfigured, and exterior improvements were carried out to align the building with the firm’s corporate brand.
